A little about the project

We are not developers or real estate agents — just a young Kiwi couple (plus two kids in tow) who have just wrapped up our very first property development: a mix of homes and bare land sections, tucked down a quiet, tar-sealed public road.

This has been a massive adventure for our little family, and now we’re excited to find the right buyers to take the next step. Whether you’re looking for a move-in-ready home or a blank canvas to build your own, you’ll find something special here.
